When attending a service, please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to get settled.

Sunday Mornings

9:00 - 9:45 a.m. Meditation

10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Readings Service, or video service led by an SRF monastic

Includes prayers, chanting (devotional singing), meditation, and an inspirational talk.

Thursday Evenings

7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Meditation

Includes prayers, a short reading, chanting, and longer periods of meditation. Participants may also arrive or depart at 8:00 during chanting.

Commemoration Services

Special services honoring the birthday and mahasamadhi anniversaries of the SRF Gurus are usually held during the Meditation Service on the Sunday closest to the actual date of the anniversary. For specific dates, see the calendar below.
